Every order is packed by hand in Jingdezhen and shipped worldwide from China.

Processing time

Orders are usually packed and dispatched within 1–3 business days. Made-to-order and small-batch pieces may take a little longer; we note this on the product page.

Delivery times

Delivery typically takes 7–20 business days depending on your destination. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.

Customs and duties

International orders may be subject to import taxes or customs duties charged by your country. These are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in the item or shipping price.
